SRES Seniors Real Estate Specialist National Association of REALTORS designation earned by special study of needs of "over 55" with regard to real estate.
SFR Short Sale REO Specialist National Association of REALTORS designation earned by special study of the "Short Sale" process for buyer's purchasing and sellers working with their lenders when selling their property for less than they owe the bank and learning the process to lead buyers through the purchase of foreclosures (REOs = Real Estate Owned - Bank foreclosures)
